Giorgio Russo, a Labour Consultant (registered in the Professional Association of Milan at no. 1308) and Statutory Auditor (registered in the Professional Association of Statutory Auditors of the Finance Ministry at no. 51570), opened his Labour Consulting Studio in 1979 to offer customers in various fields of business all the benefits of the experience he had gained as manager of a prominent Italian biomedical industry.
In 1991, realising that it was impossible for him alone to provide a complete service to large companies that have complex issues to deal with, Russo decided to set up a professional partnership. He was joined by Labour Consultant Mariangela Trabattoni (registered in the Professional Association of Milan at no. 1657), an expert in human resources administration, as his first partner; the studio then expanded to include Labour Consultant and Guarantor Vito De Santis (registered in the Professional Association of Milan at no. 2190 – With Ministry of Labour accreditation for certification of compliance), who has significant experience in the field of trade union relations, gained working as Plant HR Manager for prominent multinational industries.
The studio’s professional history includes vast experience providing consulting services for small, medium and large companies, including international firms with particularly complex forms of organisation.
